ANT HAYNES Professional Athlete & Coach
After a career as a professional rugby player including representing the Hong Kong National 7’s Rugby team as its youngest captain, Ant decided to shift his focus to the world of CrossFit.

He quickly found a natural passion for the sport and regularly competes in high level competitions across world.

Ant is a four time CrossFit games Pacific Regional individual athlete, head strength and conditioning coach at Coastal Performance and Fitness, personal trainer and is one of the most respected athletes in the Asia fitness community.

KIRSTEEN THAIN High Level Personal Trainer
Kirsteen decided to leave her corporate life behind to pursue fitness as a career. While working full time, she qualified for the CrossFit Regionals in 2014 and 2015 team competition in both Seoul and Copenhagen representing Hong Kong then the UAE.

She has also spent time as a Nike Training Ambassador and Trainer, the highlight of which was participating in the NTC World Tour leading thousands of women on stage.

She started women's only training programme GetFitChick to elevate women's fitness in the Middle East which has expanded to multiple locations and a team of coaches that is throughout the UAE. She aims to educate women on training and nutrition so they can ultimately make good food choices and exercise independently.

Kirsteen has been featured in Women's Health Middle East, Stylist, What's On Dubai and Liv Magazine Hong Kong. She has trained everyone from members of the Royal family to those just starting their fitness journey.

Growing up in Hong Kong to parents who were competitive distance runners, Jai is familiar with the vast outdoor lifestyle that this diverse city has to offer. Having played rugby from four years of age, he went on to play at an elite level and also had an interest in gymnastics and rock climbing.

Jai has managed to etch out a niche and natural home for his positive nature, energy and athleticism internationally in the performance arts.

Jai's demanding schedule requires a lot of time on the road. As a result, staying on top of his fitness and being ready for action is a constant challenge that he thrives on - so whether it's boxing, trail running, cross-fitting or circuit training in his hotel room, Jai continually tries to improve all aspects of his fitness, including a diet regime that is clean and packed with whole foods.
